Part of this was softly introduced within the GDPR regulations. What’s to be introduced next is the finer tuned laws based on marketing and cookies. A website that has a cookie pop-up explaining the cookies used by the website may still not be protected from this law due to what’s going to be changing.
What will change?
ePrivacy may pose a bigger challenge to marketers in the digital world than GDPR did. It’s an impact to B2B marketing and the use of cookies online will restrict what’s possible.
1. B2B marketing
2. Cookies
3. Existing customer soft opt-in
4. Telemarketing
5. Legal grounds for processing
6. OTTs and VoIP
