What began with smaller websites gradually grew through repeat work, referrals and long-term relationships. Today Mello works across website design, WordPress development, eCommerce, SEO, hosting and maintenance.

The agency has deliberately stayed small. That means fewer layers, fewer handovers and fewer people between the client and the person actually responsible for the work.

Most new work still comes through recommendations and existing relationships, something we want to keep earning rather than taking for granted.

I’m Damon, founder of Mello.

From the first consultation onwards, I stay directly involved in the work. That might mean helping define the right scope, designing the site structure, developing WordPress, reviewing SEO opportunities or working through a technical problem after launch.

The benefit is simple: you don’t need to explain your business to a salesperson, then an account manager, then a developer. You speak to someone who understands both the commercial and technical side of the project.

We work with trusted people where specialist support is needed, but the relationship remains direct and accountable.
