That's common. We start with a health check, agree what needs stabilising, then take over ongoing maintenance from there.
What happens if the site goes down?
Monitoring alerts us, and you can reach us directly. If a restore is needed, backups are on hand rather than requested from a host.
Can I use my support time for new features?
Yes, for smaller pieces. Anything larger is quoted separately so the monthly allowance still covers day-to-day needs.
