Hey Sweetheart Sweetshop sells traditional sweets, American candy, fudge, gift ranges and build-your-own pick and mix online and by local delivery.
The challenge was volume: hundreds of lines, frequent stock changes and several very different ways of buying, from a single mini bag to a custom mix, a gift box or a monthly subscription.
Mello built a WooCommerce store around how people actually shop, with clear categories, a guided build-your-own journey and gift ranges kept separate, so the range stays manageable for the team and easy for customers to navigate.
